Ros Faulkner
Ros is a highly experienced coach and trainer with a track record of inspiring individuals and teams, resulting in significant improvement to business performance. A superb communicator and motivational coach, she has the ability to make people realise their potential and the drive to make a real difference.
She regularly works with individuals and teams in leadership, communication and performance to ensure organisations operate more effectively and achieve their goals. She combines an action orientated and outcome focused approach with an intuitive ability to get to the nub of the issue ensuring her clients get the targeted support they need for success.
All her previous work roles including TV producer and reporter, business consultant, PR and marketing consultant have relied heavily on her communication skills, focused thinking and genuine interest in people. Combine these with her ability o build confidence, resilience and self motivation in those she works with and you really are ensured of exceptional results.
Simon is a highly experienced operations director who has worked across diverse sectors to deliver cultural change, improve productivity and deliver rapid expansion. Simon's specialism is helping businesses undertake transformational change, from creating an initial business case for expansion to overseeing the implementation and delivery.
Using strong project management methodology combined with a real enthusiasm for communicating the business need, Simon works with ambitious companies to improve processes and performance across all areas of the business.
Simon has undertaken recent transformational projects in FMCG, packaging, food, recycling, life science and manufacturing. Working worldwide with clients, Simon has an excellent track record of leading major change providing robust leadership and people management skills. Simon's previous roles have included leading procurement teams, heading up technical sales as well a variety of board positions.

Based in North West England, We Mind the Gap gives new opportunities to young women in local communities by providing a holistic paid 6 month traineeship. The result of which is that 7/10 move from being wholly dependent on the state with few choices, to being in full time work or education with many great choices ahead.
Bridging the gap by bringing employers, agencies and government together to make a difference. Our work with the Charity involves facilitating group sessions and coaching young women to give them the confidence in themselves to take the next step to success.
